Aspire of Washington provides residents with customized care plans designed to accelerate recovery. Specialized nursing and therapy services provide individuals rehabilitation with proven results. Our physical therapists are equipped to help residents maximize function by building strength by increasing coordination, mobility, and muscle strengthening. Occupational therapy strives to help residents gain their maximum independence in functional daily living skills. Customized adaptations, wheelchair assessments, cognitive programs, assistive device trainings, splinting and positioning assistance. Speech focus on maximizing communication and swallowing skills through individualized programs to treat language, speech, and swallowing disorders. Out-patient therapy is also available to assist individuals living in the area with their therapy needs. Many Medicare, Medicaid, and other insurance plans accepted.

Pathways to Active Living (PALs) is Beacon’s therapeutic activity experience for residents that reside in our facilities. We believe that every person has the right to enjoy and participate in life to his/her fullest potential, as independently as possible, optimizing the capabilities and skills he/she possesses.
The PALs program was created with the belief that each resident is composed of physical, emotional, mental, social and spiritual components.
